Urban Planning

We have a prescriptive approach toward urban planning and have concern for diversity, participation and sustainability to establish a better quality of human and urban life within the context of global economy. Our master plan includes creation of open space and development sites for variety of land uses, including industrial, office, retail, entertainment, residential and more. We at GSD are aware of when plans should be made and when they should not be made because we can analyze ways of gauging the success or failure of plans. We can give our clients realistic idea of what can be expected from these plans.

Landscape Design

We provide a creative approach to landscaping and have concern for preservation and rehabilitation of the land. We can bring creativity to use of space and contribute to the overall concept for preparing master plans. Our landscaping projects can range from creation of public parks and parkways to site planning for corporate office buildings, residential townships, industrial parks and commercial developments as well as reclamation of degraded landscape such as landfills.

Architecture Design

We offer an inventive approach to architecture designing and can develop new designs and structural techniques to improve the quality, safety and attractiveness of a structure. While keeping in mind the design, construction and operation of a structure, we also pay attention to their impact on the surrounding environments. Our architectural designing includes creation of commercial, industrial and institutional structures, apartment buildings as well as other residential structures.

Interior Design

We have an aesthetic approach to interior designing and are concerned with creation of experiences that capture the hearts and minds as well as provide monetary considerations for increasingly demanding consumers. We keep track of trends in consumer behavior, lifestyle and materials. We can programmatically analyze client’s information, establish a conceptual direction and produce graphic output of the design. Our interior designing can range from creation of residential, commercial designs, hospitality, healthcare, institutional designs and more.
