Our approach to project management includes developing project plan, which includes establishing project
objectives and creating work statements; specifying tasks and how they can be completed; defining roles,
responsibilities and on-site coordination; determining the required resources; and associating budgets and time lines
for completion.
During the project implementation phase, appropriate mechanism for project monitoring and progress against schedule
by taking corrective action for project control, contract contents and cost control is done so that the project is
implemented according to the project plan.
