Architecture

Our architectural services include planning, designing and oversight of a structures construction.
We can translate users needs into builders requirements as we thoroughly understand the building and
operational codes required for designing of a structure. We have various methods available for building
the clients structure within explicit cost and time boundaries as well assist in evaluating a complete structure,
reviewing and revising plans due to changing circumstances. We provide range of designs such as architectural drawings,
electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, plumbing drawings and fire proofing designs.

Project Management
|

We at GSD consider project management as planning, organizing, leading and controlling organizational resources.
Every project has a set of objectives with definite schedule, budget and a set of performance requirements
with a finite life span. The projects require a team effort led by a strong leader,
so that the projects are completed successfully. Thus, with this mindset, our team can manage projects
such as industrial, commercial, institutional, residential townships and variety of other projects.
We provide a number of reports during project management process such as project plan, resource plan,
financial plan, quality plan, risk plan and a statement of work. In addition to these reports, for project
execution, documents such as time management and cost management are also provided.

Structural Design
|
In engineering design, our engineers examine various alternative arrangements to carry out preliminary designs and determine
which is the most economical. After understanding the design principles involved, we use in-house, as well as standard computer applications
for further analysis so that the best possible designs are determined.
During the design process, estimation of loading, analysis of frames, trusses or lattice girders, floor systems, bracing, connections and other members are analyzed.
This is followed by the design development so that detail drawings can be drawn. We provide a wide range of drawings such as foundation plans, column layout, control joint, beam layout,
floor framing plans, roof plans, sections and other structural details drawings.
