Structural Steel
Structural steel as a construction material is very durable, versatile and provides great economic value. Reinforced Concrete
We utilize time saving and simplified design procedures during analysis, design and detailing for reinforced concrete structures. We also provide guidelines for preliminary design and overall structural economy through paperses as well as reinforcement details for frames, foundations, columns and beams, structural walls and slabs. In addition to this, we keep in mind the criteria for safety in structures subject to fire resistance, earthquake resistance, underground blasts, explosions and ductile detailing. Lumber Design
We have the ability to analyze trusses, beams, columns and frames in lumber designing of residential structures, large apartment buildings as well as commercial buildings where wood framing can be used. We keep in mind the design values of lumber structural members such as adjustment factors, load duration, wet service factors and temperature factors. In addition to these factors, design values of pressure preservative treatment, fire retardant treatment, beam and column stability factor, form factor and bearing area factor are also kept in mind while designing. We also provide design solutions for composite construction such as lumber-concrete and lumber-steel.
